How to add or edit an event on the "What's On" calendar

You can add your own events as well as manage your existing events.

To add an event

  1. Log in using the login bar at the top right of the webpage.
  2. Then, from the 'User Menu' (in the large green bar), click on the Add an Event to 'What's On'

To edit an event

  1. Login in
  2. rowse to your event and click the edit icon (small pencil)
  3. Update the event description by typing your new updated text into the editor, or amend what is already there.
  4. When you have finished making changes, click on the "Save" icon

Thats it - your event is updated and will shortly show differently in the "What's On" calendar!

Things to remember...

  • You can only edit and unpublish your own events! However, if you do feel that an event listed on is misleading or offensive, please let us know, and our moderators will take action.
  • It may occasionally take a few minutes for your event to update.
